Using this site, and starting an engagement.

This site

The pages here describe a service and its published prices. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on this site forms a contract on its own.

How an engagement is formed

An engagement begins only when a written scope is agreed by both sides. That document names what is being built or operated, what access it needs, who approves client facing actions, and what it costs. Where anything on this site differs from a signed scope, the signed scope governs.

Approval and professional judgment

Work we build assists your firm; it does not practise on your firm’s behalf. Professional judgment, client advice and every client facing action remain with your people, who approve them. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what your firm sends to its clients and to any authority.

Access

Any access you grant is scoped to the workflow it is needed for and is named before it is granted. You may revoke it at any time. Revoking access that a running workflow depends on will stop that workflow.

Changing or ending it

Monthly tiers run month to month with no minimum term, and may be paused or stopped at any point. Work larger than about a month is scoped and quoted separately before it starts. Artefacts produced for your firm (maps, runbooks, prompts, documentation and recordings) are yours to keep.

What we do not warrant

We do not warrant that any workflow will be uninterrupted or error free, and we make no claim on this site about savings, outcomes, certifications or compliance. Third party systems your workflows depend on may change without notice; keeping up with those changes is what the monthly service is for, but it cannot prevent them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Disputes about this site are heard in the courts of the State of Wyoming, United States. A signed engagement scope governs its own engagement.
