What we collect, and what we do with it.

What this site collects

Nothing. There is no form, no sign up, no analytics, no advertising network and no third party script on any page. Every page is a static file.

What happens when you email us

The contact page publishes one email address. If you write to it, we hold what you chose to send: your email address, and whatever you put in the message. Nothing is written to a database, and the only copy is the message in our mailbox, alongside any correspondence that follows.

Please do not send client data or credentials by email. If you want a process mapped, a description of it in plain words is enough.

How long it is kept

Teardown requests and the email correspondence that follows them are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you, and are then deleted. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, a verified request is actioned within 30 days.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
• We do not ask for, and cannot accept, client data or credentials. A teardown needs a description of a process, not access to anything.
• We do not set cookies and we do not run analytics.

Asking for a copy or a deletion

Write to mail (at) firmaiops.com and say what you would like. We will confirm the request comes from the address it concerns before acting on it, and a verified deletion is actioned within 30 days.
